WPQ Service GmbH offers comprehensive quality management that includes the following services in order to guarantee and ensure the comprehensive and unquestionable quality of your purchased parts.
In addition to effective project management of your procurement and delivery processes, we visit your suppliers on site and audit both the manufacturing process and the end product. We also carry out internal audits and advise on the evaluation of QM systems.
External quality management parts (QMT external):
We support you and your external suppliers in the industrialization of components with a focus on deadline tracking. In addition, we ensure that the necessary specifications and the agreed capacities at the supplier are adhered to and delivered on time.
